After the Texas legislation pass a law which ban women from receiving abortions after the sixth week. This law also provides the ability for abortion to be criminalized towards the women who receive abortions after the sixth week and those who aid. This law suit was submitted by abortion provide to challenge this law and have it block on oct 22, 2021. However, on Dec. 10, 2021 the notion was blocked.

Protests were seen with some protestors holding up several slogan signs in from on the supreme court. The slogan said "Bans Off Our Bodies", "I <3 Reproductive Rights. ACLU" and "Keep Abortion Legal".

a) Does the misogynistic views that other countries may have about reproductive rights make it ethical for the supreme court and Texas to rules against women's rights? If the U.S. gains a diplomatic relationship with a country that is more liberal or conservation will that reflect on ruling and laws that the country makes?

b) Is the pandemic making it harder for women to have access to reproductive care before they reach six week in their pregnancy to be eligible for an abortion? If health care is slowed during the pandemic is ruling such as of this supreme court case even more unethical since health care is not easily and timely accessible? Does this make it seem that due to unforeseen circumstances women are banned from doing anything to their bodies after the sixth week?

c) There is a borderline between policy making and being ethical, a question to be posed is who should have control over what choices are made regarding female reproductive care such as abortion? Should organization such as WHO which has a global impact have a say about the choice since many other countries may also want to follow in Texas's footsteps by limited such an essential human right?
