The inspiration from this project is related to personal growth experiences and several conflicts I had with friends.

 1. During my socialising and studying at university, some of my flaws and traits made me a conflict between me as an individual and society.

1. My counsellor，my friends and I discussed how to solve the troubles I was experiencing even as I had several conflicts with my friends. And in the process realised how Asperger affects my life and socialisation, and how huge the perceived and cognitive differences are between me and other people.

2. My friend, me, and my counsellor attempted to practice how to establish boundaries, and ways of processing social information that applied to me

The project process was filled with unsuccessful experiments, common academic mental breakdowns, and irrelevant random research.

This is a small booklet for on-the-go use, where each page can be taken out separately for easy access at any time.

The booklet is an extension of the project theme: asperger, with a short description of asperger, a questionnaire to help patients deal with (as mentioned in the film) dealing with social noise, how to alleviate anxiety with PMR and a keywords collection.

Highlights: I designed two questionnaires-right/wrong and keyword questions to help readers identify aggressive and dangerous social situations.
