I keep going back to Ceriese's initial point: TFA is structurally and systematically failing to "walk the walk".

We can change the way we as individuals interact with our families/social circles/etc. (and I think that is necessary individual action) But in terms of our workplace: it will not change who TFA's selection model considers "achievement oriented" or what we consider top "pockets of potential," or where we recruit.

There are people on this call who have the power to change that. What are they doing, how are they leveraging their power? and what are we doing/what can we do to push that change? Create a collaborative of across affinity space? Build out collective RT initiatives or priorities that we loft up to leadership?
