The stool may range from soft to watery, often has a greenish tinge to it, and occasionally contains blood. Infected dogs tend to have excess mucus in the feces. Vomiting may occur in some cases.<br>5- Symptoms include diarrhea, abdominal pain, bloating, nausea, and vomiting.<br>6- Acute giardiasis develops after an incubation period of 1 to 14 days (average of 7 days) and usually lasts 1 to 3 weeks.<br>7- Practice good hygiene. Avoid water (drinking or recreational) that may be contaminated. Avoid eating food that may be contaminated.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Mosquito feeds, ingesting microfilarie with blood,  Microfilaria matures in mosquito to infective L3 larva , 2 weeks post to infection, Infective larvae deposited during subsequent bites migrate through wound and into host, larvae goes in tissue 1-3 days, L4 Larve migrates through tissues to mature  to sexually immature adolescent adults 50-70 days,  Sexually immature worms migrate to heart and lungs, as early as 70 days post to infection, Worms have developed to sexually maturity  primarily artery.<br>7. The control practices used for heartworm is confinement, begin heartworm therapy performed by veterinarian, begin heartworm therapy, and retest for heartworms. Most recommended is AHS heartworm treatment </div>]]></description>
