better that is having a bachelor's degree in fashion design or fashion merchandising and knowledge about textiles, fabrics, and how to use CAD.

some require skills: language skills, creativity, computer skills, communication skills,...

some responsibilities of fashion designer: understanding fashion trends, fashion styles, creating, sketching, selecting materials, making protoypes, samples,...

in conclusion, fashion deigners need to have a degree in fashion major, creative, some skill necessary, and they are responsibility people.

to fix this situation, i have supervised the wokers and ask them about the reason for waisting their time, and recieved some answers

first, the table has not space enough to put the partten and material

second, the seat is too high to the wokers can work with the comfort.

and last, there is no box for some small needed material such as: needle, pin,...

please, talk to manager about this problem to improve work efficiency

i have some solutions: using the large table, adjusting the height of seat and building some box for each table.

First, be well rested. you need to be alert when you are in the room so that you are able to give clear and concise answers and maintain a high level of energy and emthusiasm.

Second, dress for the job. dress as you would at the job you are interviewing for will help the interviewer envision you in the role already, which can only help ypu get the job

Third, clean up the online presence.

Fourth, figure out where you are going, how long it is going to take and the transpostation options available.

Final, practice. it's very important to prepare and practice examples of interview question.
