Both collections have unique spine labels, and are shelved near each other. Both include dictionaries that go with the type of collection. They are all picture books with very simple Spanish words or very easy sentences. Some progress up to paragraphs. If anyone needs help starting your own Bilingual or Spanish collection, please let me know. Last year, part of my role was a Teacher on Special Assignment embedding and supporting social studies teachers/classrooms with writing instruction utilizing text based support. At my school, I have been asked (but thoroughly enjoy) to create short highlight videos for our athletes that are awarded scholarships to be shown on our athletic signing days. I also enjoy helping students incorporate videos in their class presentations or even teachers who need videos for their lesson plans. Since taking the job three years ago, I have read about 150 books for middle schoolers/ preteens. This includes a variety of genres so I can probably recommend something in whatever genre you're looking for.
