Volunteering for ERTI is quite different in the sense that the students display the motivation that every tutor wishes their students had. The TFM team is super supportive and so has my co-tutor (Yatie!).   • It would be good to see more formative assessment / teaching materials that we can use

  • Scheduling the workshop sessions far in advance at the start of the program via a Google invite to block our time

  • Getting teaching materials like whiteboards, markers etc prepared by the 1st week and sharing what materials will or will not be available to the tutors so we can prepare :)
