This was created in 1899. when Monet created this, he was in Paris.</div><div><br><br>My opinion of this painting is that it has a lot of expression through the colors. You can tell that the time of day is closer to the evening due to the dark shades and the reflection of the water. I think that he is probably using dark tones to set a relaxing and welcoming mood. the focus of the painting is the water lilys and the bridge. the back round would be the soft, smooth trees in the backround.</div>]]></description>
