Opinion: In my opinion I think that it is a good thing there was a case about school segregation. Equality isn't about being separated by race, its about being together (United). What Brown did helped us today to not have to be in a separated school based on race. Fact: The Supreme Court ruled that juveniles have the same right as adults when accused of crimes.
My opinion on this case is it was very unfair to Jerry Gault for being arrested and to be prison for 6 years for making a prank phone call to a neighbor. Jerry Gault was denied the right of due process because he was underage. Opinion: In my opinion I believe that the outcome for what happened to Jerry Gault was completely unfair. Jerry Gault ended up going to jail and remaining in jail without having a chance for an appeal and was accused without any witnesses or evidence pointing against him.
