Pull it off while still holding that middle part of the glove. Then with your ungloved hand, make an L shape with your thumb and pointer finger. Use your pointer finger and put it up the other hand's glove and move your whole hand up and out, which should be turning the remaining glove on your hand inside out. After it's off, you should have an inside out glove and inside is the other contaminated glove.
