We could make a pattern on colors and have them complete the pattern.

Second example is using measuring cups to order them small to big or big to small or compare them.

I have multiple sets so they could use them to make a pattern too.

The third example is clapping patterns. Using our hands to clap out a rhythm adding new claps each round. I could ask can you follow me all the way to the end of the pattern?
