Although he is a sinful man who has hurt several people in his life, Bojack realizes his mistakes and takes the first step to becoming a better person by going to rehab. This image reminds and inspires me to practice the spirit of Magis because its a reminder that Magis is practiced and not simply attained. You have to keep trying to be the best possible version of yourself at all times. We may never be able to achieve perfection, but that does not mean that it is not worth trying.

Six months before this picture, I was in a dark place, so my family and I decided that I would come to this convent. That time, the sisters and the elders there gave me care; I felt loved despite my shortcomings and wrongdoings, where they helped me get back on my feet again. Accordingly, after that, I have decided to return the spirit of Magis and throw a party for them every year (which I was sadly unable to do this year and due to the pandemic). 

Looking back, even though they might not have a lot — both literally and figuratively speaking— they gave me tenderness and warmth that could not match any other. For this reason, I aspire to be like them.

For example, should I [rightfully] get mad or express my anger at someone who wronged me? Should I give back the "same energy" that's been given by a seemingly selfish friend? Should I ignore a person who has done the same to me a few years back? At least personally, I'd say it would be easier to just let one's emotions flow given a situation, but embodying, or exhibiting Magis requires reflection in how one's actions can affect both, if not multiple, parties. Magis requires a lot of consideration and reconsideration. That said, how one chooses to act given any scenario 'makes all the difference.'
