The plan lists 7 major areas of contention and 16 individual goals encompassed under the umbrella of various areas of contention- a lot of the goals consist of "researching" "creating a metric" or they just list lofty ideas without any detail as to how the goal will be achieved-- "Develop metrics for sustainability engagement and set
