Alright, this manga is really good (yes, I've read it online), and it's basically about the similar, but often realistic struggles transgender boys, men and transmasculine people such as Ryo (he goes by he/him) have to deal with in a conformist environment (i.e., schools in socially conservative countries such as Japan). For example, being stuck in unsupportive families, being outcasted, humiliated, bullied, name-called, deadnamed, misgendered, and/or being treated with constant disrespect and opposition from non-intersex/perisex and cisheteronormative society.

This also relates to transmasculine self-expression and how brutally censored and policed it is, even online besides in real-life.
