Physical Signs-Physical signs are one of the most obvious ways for a second person to tell when someone they know is stressed.Being stressed can take a toll on one's physical appearance by them having a change in their sleep schedule for the worst, having body pain problems like headaches, muscle pain, dizziness and stomach aches or just simple having changes in appetite either in the manner of eating less or eating more then the person used to.

Emotional Signs-Emotional Signs are also a very obvious way to tell when someone is stressed for example a stressed person would become very easy to anger a.k.a. very irritable, would start to have a loss of humour, having trouble concentrating and just overall become more sad and depressing with increased sensitivity

Cognitive Signs-In my opinion cognitive skills is the most affected by stress as it can lead to serious problems like memory loss, not being able to focus or concentrate when they should, become very disorganised both in the workplace and outside the workplace, have constant and racing thought without stopping which could lead to poor judgement in every aspect

Since if changes come in too suddenly and too much that could lead to problems like employees loosing their trust in the business, become anxious and fearful of not being able to complete tasks like they use to and that could lead to resistance towards the changes and uncertainty in how well they fit into the business now.

Communication effectively-One way bosses can help their employees through change is to communicate with their employees in a honest, frequent and easy way to make sure the staff feels like they are in sync with the management instead of just suddenly dropping a big change bomb onto them. These communications could occur through e-mails,meetings or one on ones to ensure that everyone is aware of the changes and are ready to dive into them.

Frequent updates-Giving frequent updates to your employees about projects, certain changes and just checking up on them so they are giving you quick updates on how they feel about the workplace is also a good way to help employees deal with change since it makes them feel listened and cared for

Provide support-The biggest help stressed staff can get from their employee is if they feel like they are being cared for.Companies can do that by issuing counselling services to the staff, getting mental health aiders available or doing workshops on how to manage stress on a monthly basis for example.Another way company's can provide support is if they encourage their staff members to take breaks and time off from work like going on a holiday.Promoting healthy habits towards your workers is also a great way to provide support towards them since it's a way to show them that you care and don't wan them to get overwhelmed.
