This was the introductory lesson, There were no practical activities during this lesson. Instead it was entirely theoretical based. powerpoints were used (source 12) and SMART targets (source 18). Students were encouraged to take notes.

Bob Fosse influenced lesson, there is a lot of different aids used in this lesson, videos, worksheets. It provides students with a basic understanding of Fosse both practically through learning a routine, and theoretical through videos and worksheets and encouraged discussions.

Freestyle lesson. students will be encouraged to freestyle in pairs through a activity/game of call and response. Sources 14 and 17 will be used in this lesson. Self and peer reflection are used in this lesson t enhance the students confidence in free styling.

Final workshop, students given rein to be creative as a group, developing the jazz funk routine learnt last lesson by adding choreographic devices. SMART Targets will be reviewed and updated during this class. The lesson will conclude with source 13, workshop feedback.
