Chiudere entrambi i contenitori e li riporli in freezer. Attendere qualche ora, il tempo è variabile, consigliabili dalle 5 alle 10 ore Al termine del tempo estrarre i contenitori dal freezer. Si noterà che dove era presente unicamente il solvente puro, l’acqua, è completamente congelato. Nel contenitore in cui invece era presente la soluzione con il saccarosio l’acqua non si è solidificata.</div>]]></description>
