I have been involved in theater for a while now, and I must say that the workshops I have attended have been quite beneficial. While theater has always been limitless to me, I have come to realize that I have my own limitations that sometimes prevent me from fully experimenting with it. However, attending these workshops has helped me to expand my comfort zone and push beyond those limitations

Getting to know the techniques in a deeper way gave me a broader idea of how much you can work in theater. Among the things that caught my attention is the high level of commitment the three techniques require. One aspect of acting that I particularly enjoyed was the way in which it required me to be aware of my surroundings and the people and objects within them. I found it fascinating to adjust my movements based on the movements of others around me.

What connections can you make between the three different workshops and their impact on a performer?

When I think of this question, the first thing that comes to mind is the different point of view in which practitioners impact the actors and their perform. I would say that the connection would change depending on which practitioner we are talking about. When it comes to acting techniques, Stanislavski's approach is all about blending your physical movements with the emotions you want to convey.

On the other hand, Borgart's method emphasizes the actor's connection to their surroundings. Even though they're just one person, they're part of everything that's happening in the theater.

When we mention Suzuki, we think of the high level of physical commitment that an actor must have on stage keeping their energy levels at the maximum almost all the time, an aspect that I consider that can be applied at the moment of presenting in theater.
