1. Sydney Prescott is the final Girl in scream because she is getting targeted by the killer and is the only one who survives each time which ghost face tries to killer her or his copy killers.

She is I guess my favorite because that's the horror movie I grew up on watching as well as the other scream movies and she doesn't make stupid decision like other final girls which makes it a better ending.
