Under this definition Tupac's song would fall under the qualifications for it to be considered poetry and actually many other songs. For the definition pf poetry doesn't specify the structure a "poem" must be in nor does it say that a poem must rhyme. Still many would argue it's not the "proper" or stereotypical poem which is true but neither are Haiku's.
