I think that it is a waste of time making plastic bags because people just get them and then they just throw it away that's lazy as well they could just walk to the bin and put it in there.

The effects on sea turtles is mostly caused by fertilizers they are huge marine pollutants same with oil an estimated 36% of all marine pollutants from oil comes from drains and rivers from cities.
