         <title>Removing vocals from songs</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is what I learned to do a long time ago without really knowing why does it work but I think I get it now. You split the track in a stereo format into 2 separate tracks and then just invert one of them, converted them to mono and export the file. This will make the vocal very quiet if not completely muted. The reason, I think, is that this method uses interference. Stereo tracks record the same music with a slightly different volume in instruments and vocals. When you invert a track, it will be out of phase with another and the interference will make the vocal sound wave become a standing wave so the audience can't hear it.</div>]]></description>
