For the past decade, the Japanese economy performed poorly and continuously out-performed others industrial nations. The root cause is the direct effect of the orifical bubble in the stock market and real estate market. In any society, a rise and collapse of asset values of this magnitude would lead to major economic issues. For example, the area of asset price variation is indeterminate and the size of the non-performing loans that have developed from the decrease in asset price is uncertain. This caused the income of the Japanese imbalance risen. 

The mainly cause of pits to the Japanese government against the outsiders is the over of discussion and most of the outsiders disagree with the point of the discussion. In addition, the bank will be able to cancel off bad loans without public support. For the actual economic performance has averaged growth but the slow growth has been unequal over the past decade. Japan’s complex financial system was notably difference from others country in the first decade after World War II. 

The Japanese financial formation had become the major international force and Japan’s bank had influence international banking. The Bank of Japan which establish in 1882 plays an important role in enforcing the government’s economic and financial. The largest source for the government’s income is from the tax and the tax system had been identified by heavy weakness on direct taxes since World War II. In the past, Japan conduct workforce to the labor and ignored their feelings. This made the labors felt uncomfortable and unhappy.

According to the past and present economy in Japan, the present economy talks more about the growth of economic finance. Thanks to the aid of international trade and fiscal stimulus, the economic growth of Japan in 2017 is estimated to have increased to 1.5%. In 2018, the growth is projected to remain close to 1% as export growth remains robust

 The banks were under the indirect control of the ministry of finance until the 1990s but legislation enacted at that time made it autonomous of the ministry. Other than that, a new Financial Supervisory Agency was established to take over auditing and supervisory operations formerly performed by the Ministry of Finance.  

The unionization rate peaked in the mid-1950s at around two/fifths of the workforce. However, labor-managements relations generally became non-confrontational with few working days lost through labor actions. In the early 21^st century, the number of employees decreased to less than half compared to the past. 

          In the past the tax rate was 3% but increased to 5% in the late 1990s as the government undertook a general overhaul of the tax system. 

          In conclusion, the economy from the past and present was successful. It is progressive because of the stable economy and the government that has a better way in solving problem.

Education of Japan in the past is known as The Ancient Period, Medieval Period and Modern Period. Education in Japan plays an important role in their culture, especially since the Meiji Restoration in 1868. Basically all Japanese students who have completed their education through their high school, they further their study in university too.

During The Ancient Period, formal education started in about 500A.D. Daigakuryo University is build. This is the first real school in Japan that time. This university focused mainly on providing potential government officials that would relate to their future jobs. The school became official institution under the Taiho Code of 701. Students usually entered this university in their early to mid-teens. They were usually placed in government positions at levels due to their achievements in the university after graduate.

          Moreover, during Medieval Period, Japanese education related the militarism. Education in whole Japan added skills for warfare to the reverent training due to the rising power of the Bushi (warrior class, made up of samurai) and the shogun (chief lord and military dictator). In the end of this period, educational in Japan made a new influence - Jesuit Catholic missionaries which include adding of general education, vocational training, western technology, and the others.

          Besides that, Modern Period of Japan began from 1868. The Meiji government generated a new system of education: compulsory primary education for all residents, secondary and high education for upper class. Some schools added 6 months to 1 year of extra night classes for those who were weak in after 1886. In 1893-1894, supplementary vocational schools provided courses in memorizing, writing, reading in agriculture and industry. 20% of male students and 17% female students continued on to five year secondary schools during 1930s. Female students learn to become a good wife and mother.

In Year 2009, the Ministry of  Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MOE) started " School New Deal Plan " in order to advance E-learning in school using ICT , Smart Board ( an interactive whiteboard ) , Local area network in all schools and classroom PCs . Two versions of Handbook for ICT Education has published to guide the Japanese, therefore it can help them to advance their learning and communicate with others.  

 

In Year 2016 the Ministry Of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), announced the introduction of teaching a second language which is computer programming languages which will help to improve students' thinking skills. 

 

Japanese government does not fund all education expenses. Once students reach the senior secondary level of education they must even pay tuition which is a burden to them .The current Japanese educational policies are misguided and misinformed. Japanese school nationwide teach a unified historical view. This will disturb the freedom of education and belief for both right and left winger.  

 

Japanese education is putting a lot of children in an area and forcing them to absorb idea for their future, giving a lot of intense pressure to the children which will then increase the stress level among the youngsters.
