Human resources is a very important part of day to day operations. They are responsible for the employee life cycle such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing along with day to day problems. They have to deal with difficult tasks but they are there to support employees. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Yankees are having their worst season since 1995.  Aaron Boone is there manager.  In this module we learned about organizational structure and what it means if it is not effective from the top down.  In the Yankees organization things are being run poorly from the top all the way down.  They are not succeeding and they have poor management and poor ownership.  They will never again be a quality organization unless they change the structure. </div>]]></description>

If they chose the right one for their company it will be effective if not the business can crumble. A few types of organizational structure are functional, divisional, matrix, team and network.
