         <description><![CDATA[<div>The dumbest law I saw was, "Any misdemeanor committed while wearing a red mask is considered a felony (in Arizona)." I think this law is dumb because a misdemeanor is a misdemeanor, no matter what you're wearing. I suppose the intent of this law was to prevent people from wearing red masks, though I'm not sure why. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We have so many dumb laws because they weren't dumb when they were created. Every law is created for a reason, and as our society has changed, so have our needs. However, I do think this is a problem. Many of these laws are broken every day, and that proves that both people and law enforcement don't read our laws.</div>]]></description>
