I have worked as zonal and regional public prosecutor for the previous 15 years. I am now teaching in Woldia university school of law.

To this end, I am interested in new technological inovations, specially in which accessibility related services.

My name is Mekonen Hunde Geletu, and I am a lecturer and researcher at Oda Bultum University, where I currently serve as the Head of the Department of Geographic Information Science. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Environmental Studies (GeES) from Assosa University and my Master of Science in GIS and Remote Sensing from Jimma University.

My research interests encompass various aspects of GIS and Remote Sensing, including land use/land cover change assessments, forest cover dynamics, and the impact of human activities on environmental resources. I have contributed to several peer-reviewed journals, such as the International Journal of Environmental Protection and Policy and the International Journal of Environmental Monitoring and Analysis.Currently, I am participating in the E-SHE Masterclass, aiming to further enhance my skills and knowledge in the field.

My name is Zerihun Kindie Tadesse. I am lecturer at Werabe Universityin the department of Medicine. I have BSc in Public Health Officer from Wollo University and MSc in Medical Anatomy from Addis Ababa University. I have to work with colleague concerning on community services and research activities. I am excited to be part of this learning community and look forward to sharing experiences and growing. I like playing piano and football.

Additionally, I am experienced in online teaching and learning, which has enabled me to adopt modern educational techniques while maintaining strong connections with my students.

Mekasha Kebede

I'm very interested in conducting researches in the area of gender and migration, equality and women empowerment, indigenous knowledge and rural development.

My name is Kassie Getnet Ayalew, and I currently serve as a Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Soil Resource and Watershed Management at the College of Natural Resource and Environmental Science, Oda Bultum University, Ethiopia. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Management from Debre Markos University and a Master of Science degree in Soil Science from Bahir Dar University. My academic background has fortified me with a solid foundation in sustainable land use, soil health, and watershed conservation.

With over four years of professional experience in higher education, I have been actively involved in teaching undergraduate courses, advising students, and leading applied and community-focused research. My research interests include soil chemistry, soil water conservation, land resource management, and the promotion of sustainable watershed practices.

In addition to my academic and research roles, I possess hands-on experience with various analytical and geospatial tools, including SAS, SPSS, and GIS software, which I use to support data-driven decision-making and research analysis.

I am excited to be part of this training and look forward to learning, sharing ideas, and connecting with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

I hold a BA in English Education from Mizan-Tepi University (2009) and an MA in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from Addis Ababa University (2011). My areas of academic interest include English language teaching, applied linguistics, TEFL, and higher education pedagogy.

In addition to my teaching and research roles, I have held various leadership and administrative positions at both departmental and faculty levels. I served as Head of the Department of English Language and Literature and as a member of the Academic Committee of the College of Social Sciences and Humanities. Through these roles, I participated in various committees focusing on research and community service, scholarships, and student advising.

I also have substantial experience in supervising undergraduate students’ senior essays and reviewing research papers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I contributed to online education as a tutor at the University of the Western Cape, supporting students through virtual platforms.

I am particularly interested in courses related to educational technology, which I believe are essential for preparing myself for the future of online and blended learning. I see the Master Class online training as an excellent opportunity to actively participate, gain valuable insights, and enhance my professional practice.

Beyond my academic life, I enjoy reading a wide variety of books, exploring historical sites, walking, and helping others. One of my favorite traditional dishes is Ethiopia’s well-known chicken stew, doro wot.

My research interests include Oromo oral literature, traditional storytelling, cultural aesthetics, and the role of women in indigenous knowledge systems. I am committed to advancing Oromo Folklore as both an academic discipline and a vibrant, living expression of community wisdom. In free time, I enjoy activities that connect me to the beauty of culture and creativity whether that’s exploring traditional songs, documenting folktales, or engaging in artistic expression. My hobby is something beautiful that enriches my personal and academic life. My favorite food is injera served shiro, Micciirraa, Marqaa, Caccabsaa, reflecting my love for both tradition and comfort. Generally, “Culture is my identity, literature is my passion, and learning is my journey.”

I had BSC degree in Civil Engineering from Jimma University in 2014 and MSC degree in Road & Transport Engineering from Addis Ababa University in 2020.

I have been teaching   for ten years at Jigjiga University and Oda Bultum University in department of civil enginerering.

Right now in addition to lecturing, I’m doing researches and also supervising construction sites which are carried out by Oda Bultum University as community service. My name is Alemnew Melese Wodaje. I am a lecturer at Woldia University School of Law. I have graduated from Wollo University School of Law with my LL.B. degree in 2012. I also got my LL.M degree from Bahir Dar University School of Law in 2019. I had worked as a public prosecutor in Amhara Regional State before i joined the higher education institution as a lecturer of Law.  I have been teaching Law since 2017 in different Universities-Assossa University, Debere Tabor University and now at Woldia University. Currently, i am working as a lecturer of Law at Woldia University School of Law. I have the passion of reading books, watching documentary films, and hearing news.

My name is Remedan sultan ahmed  , but most people call me Remeen. I work as an assistant lecturer in medicine department at Werabe University, and currently I am studying for my Master’s degree in Medical Anatomy at Addis Ababa University. My name is Abadi Desta Tesfay (Observer), and I am a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science under the Faculty of Computing Technology at Aksum University.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Mekelle University, awarded in 2020. Currently, I serve as the Director of E-Learning at Aksum University.

I've been a lecturer and researcher at Oda Bultum University since then. I got married and had two babies: a boy and a girl. To be honest, I had little experience with online teaching and studying before to enrolling in this master's course. However, I used to exchange teaching materials and group assignments with students via Telegram and WhatsApp. This online learning master class has encouraged me and I wish to apply it effectively in my future career.
