         <description><![CDATA[<div>Jonathan Adams argued that Zelnick’s legal actions were not needed during his minority because distributions under the trust would not be made until the years 2014 and 2021. This would be long after Adams was an adult. Jonathan also testified that legal proceedings taken by Zelnick harmed the relationship between him and his father. Zelnick claims that a paternity test was in order to establish whether or not Jonathan was a part of his grandfather’s estate.  </div>]]></description>
