Hye and Assalamualaikum, My name is Nurmajidah Sofiah Binti Shahrol Amin and I was born on July 22nd, 2002, at Hospital Besar Kuala Lumpur. Furthemore, on July 22 of this year, I will turn 22. I’m the youngest of 5 siblings. My degree is being pursued at UiTM Permatang Pauh, Penang, where I completed my diploma as well.

Cooking is my hobby and my passion. I truly enjoy cooking since it helps me to overcome my overthinking and anxiety when others enjoy what I've made. I enrolled in a culinary arts course as a result. My father also advised me to pursue my love as a business and that I may earn money from cooking in the future.

From this class was really helps me to improve my english because of covid-19 impact i wasn’t able to gave a speech in front of everyone. So i think this really helpful so i can practice more and more to improve my english.

In my opinion on this class, I think hospitality was a big industry in our community it can be global and local. From this I think I can pursue and explore more what i want.
