The questions being asked are in a more formal setting and the lighting makes it seem like an interview. I would not trust the second person because he was rambling and talking about how he hallucinates sometimes. However, the second video the UFO guy seems like he wasn’t sure on certain things. He kept moving, questioning himself, second guessing him and most importantly didn’t have factual prove of what he was talking about.

Two, there were 2 people, which shows proof that more than 1 person could have seen the same thing. They both described it in the same way and seeing it together. Also as the lady said, I wouldn't have come forward if I had seen it alone because of how crazy it sounds. The Navy guy in the interview on 60 minutes was prepared to talk about that subject, he chose to wear professional atire, he had confidence in his voice but at least from that clip failed to provide any evidence and went completely off speculation.
