After the food and beverage preparation, put the straw inside the cup and send their order base on the number of the table. After that, I wash all the glass, plate, fork, spoon and wipe clean it with a clean cloth and place all of them back to their place. Next, I clean the outside’s booth that selling the noodles in the morning and sweep the area of the booth, then place the table and chair back tidy. Next, I continuous to do my work as usual. At 5:15 p.m we start to disinfection the table, sweep and mop the floor, and throw the rubbish in the trash can outside. Next, I wash the teapot and teacup in the kitchen and continuous to do my work as usual. At 4:45 p.m I start to disinfection the table and wait until that is fewer people inside the Kopitiam because I need to sweep and mop the floor. After that, I throw the rubbish in the trash can at outside and close half of the door before the last 10 minutes at 6 p.m. Before when back, I make sure I have done my cleaning before I back.

Next, I wash the glass, plate, fork, spoon and wipe clean it to make sure that have not any water droplets on its surface then place it back in its place.  After that, I disinfection the table, sweep and mop the floor and throw the rubbish in the trash can outside. Last, I close half of the door before the last 10 minutes in 6 p.m. Before when back, I make sure I have done everything.

Then, packaging it nicely and fixed a rubber band to ensure the dishes will not drop out. Lastly, I put the packaging inside a plastic bag and give it to the customer. After that, I clean the booth, sweep and place the table and chair neatly. Next, I place the packaging of “Kopi O” on the shelf orderliness. In 5:15 p.m I start to disinfection the table, throw the rubbish, sweep and mop the floor. I close half of the door before the last 10 minutes in 6 p.m. and make sure I have done my cleaning before I back.

Lastly, I close half of the door before the last 10 minutes at 6 p.m and make sure I have done everything before went back.
