Teachers' comments :" Wow so rich ah?" (Owning hp, though is a FAS student), why are teachers making such remarks? Some degree of looking down. 

Being sensitive on how to nuance the words when giving support to families with help 

Diversity and differences at 2 levels 
1. Outward (physical/tangible layers)
2. How you manage differences that you are seeing. How do we manage that?
