Hay que conducir el agua del manantial hasta las <em>eras</em>, normalmente por su propia <a href="https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gravedad">gravedad</a> mediante <a href="https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acueducto">acueductos</a> sobre el terreno o construidos con madera o piedra.
