Magnifiques rencontres avec les EANA des collègues

Besoin et envie d'innover encore plus 

Relaxation, yoga, danse, expression corporelle, jeux traditionnels cette année + perspectives eventuelles pour l'an prochain : JO 2024, mime, le corps et les 5 sens, ombres chinoises, sports collectifs etc. 
Beaucoup de pistes explorées et à explorer avec toujours le même point commun : communiquer sans parler pour démarrer avec confiance le FLS, s'ouvrir ainsi aux autres avec confiance.

Et ce sont les élèves bien sûr qui profitent de ça !
J'adore ces partages et je suis tellement certaine de ces bienfaits que je pense qu'il faudrait que ce soit étendu à tous les enseignants des classes ordinaires, à condition qu'ils en aient envie bien sûr. 
Voilà tout ce que j'en dis : j'ai essayé de m'approprier certaines pratiques observées en classe chez vous , et de les mettre en pratique dans ma classe ; c'est très enrichissant. Je pense qu'on n'a pas épuisé ce thème du corps, et si nous évoluons ou changeons, choisissons quelque chose d'assez large. 
Cette opportunité est une chance dans notre travail .

Une opportunité d'aller dans d'autres dispos et de voir des fonctionnements, des outils, des organisations de classe. Cela donne de nouvelles idées et relance notre organisation.
Ensuite le fait de voir une séance et tt ce qui a été mis en place en amont stimule l'envie de  l'essayer de son côté, même si on n'a jamais fait ce genre d'activités.  
Je me suis rendu compte que rien ne m'en empêchait alors que je m'étais mis quelques freins.
Et la on est sur du concret, on sait qu'on peut être aidée par la collègue,  c'est vraiment ce dont on a besoin, du concret à expérimenter avec nos élèves.
Et enfin nos échanges autour du métier,  des difficultés rencontrées avec les élèves, les collègues... des questionnements... top tous ces échanges!
Une vraie thérapie de groupe et de vrais liens qui se créent, cette vraie bienveillance, tout cela est très précieux

On fait ce qu'on dit, on dit ce qu'on fait, comme en maternelle, puis on écrit, on lit, on approfondit.
Les apports des collègues de la constellation, avec l'apprentissage du français par plusieurs angles et thématiques me nourrissent de nombreuses idées pratiques, concrètes et efficaces à mener dans mon dispositif. 
Découvrir, partager et vivre des matinées de classe avec les EANA et enseignantes dans d'autres dispositifs sont des apports inestimables pour enrichir ma pratique dans mon dispositif UPE2A.
Des moments très riches au niveau de la pédagogie.
Merci aussi pour les aides et idées pour construire les séances, les rires et restos, les analyses de pratiques et prises de recul.

Ce groupe est une richesse en tous points de vue. Il nous a permis tout au long de l’année d’échanger sur un thème porteur ,

« Les 5 sens », en continuité avec celui de l’an passé sur « Le corps ».

Ensemble nous avons construit des séances , ensemble nous avons organisé des ateliers, ensemble nous avons échangé sur nos pratiques et nos expériences. Ensemble nous avons pu croiser nos regards et insuffler une belle dynamique à notre groupe .

Il en est ressorti de beaux moments, de belles idées, et l’envie de continuer à travailler ensemble!

La première année, la langue était apprise au travers d'activités physiques et sportives, tandis que lors de la seconde année, elle était travaillée grâce à la mise en œuvre d'ateliers sensoriels.

Comme le souligne Alexandra Sanchez dans son travail Cf colonne 1 CASNAV Toulouse, nous avons pu vérifier les nombreux bienfaits de ces pratiques via le corps sur l'apprentissage du français : "

  • Bonne mémorisation du vocabulaire

  • Et actes de parole enseignés

  • Désinhibition des élèves réservés

  • Augmentation de l'implication dans les apprentissages


    Impliquer les élèves dans la réalisation d'une action par le geste ou le mouvement renforce leur mémorisation des mots d'une langue étrangère parce que l'information est codée à de multiple reprises dans la mémoire.
