• One of the most valuable things that inspired this PLC is that professional learning practices have the most impact through collaboration and cohesion in organisations. (Hargreaves and Fullan, 2012).

• One challenge I overcame through this PLC was adjusting my own method of assessment to update with a new method of assessing the progress of the class (Rolfe's model of reflection).
