In these three chapters they talked about the main characters Oscar, Paul and their Mom Anyu. Sofar in this book they talked about their family going to the synagogue/church ( a place of warship and service to the Jewish)and the people in the church told them there was a curfew it was 5:00 and they had to sew yellow stars on their shirts. Also the place took in Karcag, Hungary and the year was 1944. Furthermore you'd think during the war the dad would stay with the family but because of the war the dad had to go to a Jewish camp. So sad... ☹️
