         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Le jus de citron est l'encre invisible la plus connue, d'une part parce qu'il est facile de s'en procurer, d'autre part grâce à son efficacité. Le jus de citron contient en grande partie de l'eau H<sub>2</sub>O, qui se sera déjà évaporée lors du séchage. Il contient également de l'acide citrique C<sub>6</sub>H<sub>8</sub>O<sub>7</sub> et de l'acide ascorbique C<sub>6</sub>H<sub>8</sub>O<sub>6</sub> (vitamine C). Ces molécules, dites organiques car elles contiennent des atomes de carbone, vont se décomposer lors du chauffage et produire du carbone C, qui est noir. D'où l'apparition du texte.<br><br></div><div>Le jus d'oignon contient lui aussi des molécules organiques ; il va donc également noircir à la chaleur. On peut a priori utiliser n'importe quel liquide issu du monde végétal, car ils contiennent tous du carbone (par exemple des jus de fruit). Les résultats avec le vinaigre ou le lait sont moins impressionnants.<br><br></div><div>Pour le chauffage, vous pouvez aussi utiliser une bougie ; dans ce cas, prenez garde de ne pas trop approcher le papier de la flamme... conservez une distance de plus de 5 cm ! L'inconvénient, c'est que la zone chauffée est très petite, il vous faudra beaucoup de patience.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Le savon contient des molécules dites tensioactives, qui ont la propriété d'abaisser la tension de surface. Ces molécules possèdent deux parties, l'une qui se dissout volontiers dans l'eau (hydrophile) et l'autre qui se dissout volontiers dans les graisses (hydrophobe ou lipophile). Lorsque les molécules tensioactives entrent en contact avec l'eau, elles abaissent immédiatement la tension de surface de l'eau ; le poivre est alors "attiré" par les bords, dont la tension de surface n'est pas modifiée.<br><br></div><div>Vous pouvez donc faire couler le "trombone qui flotte" en versant une goutte de savon dans l'eau (sans toucher le trombone évidemment), le même principe va s'appliquer. Dans ce cas, le trombone est trop lourd et trop gros pour être supporté uniquement par les bords, il va donc couler ; l'effet ne sera pas aussi rapide que pour le poivre.<br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
