you can heat the oil up to long 
you can do it on hi instead of medium. 3 onions instead of 2. you could buy the rong type of beef. i could do 3 tablespoons of salt to  much spaggeti

you could do three  red pepper flaks instead of 2 
you could do 5 cloves of garlic instead of 4 
you could do 5 tablespoons of tamato paste instead of 4 
2 puonds of beef 
1 cup of red wine such as a cabernet sauvignon ( or chicken of beef broth)  2 times 28 ounces creshed tamato
3 beef boullon cubes crushed 
2 teaspoons dried Worshtishire sause 
3 teaspoons dried oregano  
2 teaspoons of tyme leaves 
3 dried bay leaves
