People learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can also learn to love, for love, for the human heart, it is more natural than hatred.
Sometimes being different can be hard. People want to match with others, be a part of the flow. And all that because it makes everything easier: making friends, joining groups and generally being accepted by everyone. But the thing is, you can't really define whether you are going to be different or not. It is just a part of who you are. In the end you realize it is as easy to you as to everyone else to be a part of the whole, but in your own way. And you may even find others that are as different as you are. Still, having different interests or habits with one person, won't stop you from matching with them. In fact, it could be a really good cause to be interested in different types of personalities. So accepting yourself just the way you are and progressively become, is positive. You may once meet someone totally different than you are, yet you make them your best friend.

Lebanon is a country of around four and a half million people, as big as Sardinia, and today it hosts more than a million Syrian refugees (with higher estimates putting the number at a million and a half), added to 300,000 Palestinian refugees that have found a home in Lebanon over the last 30 years. The Lebanese government decided to keep the borders open and welcome the refugees, recognizing them as such and allowing them to remain in the country, and putting a system of aid in place with the help of international agencies (above all the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, or UNHCR) which works, albeit beset by difficulties. This is the result of clear political choices that has seen a positive reaction among Lebanese people, without provoking ancient rivalries, demonstrating a great solidarity.
In my opinion this is a very good action and example of how we can deal with the immigrants...

Theofilos V.

It's written, produced, and performed by an American singer called Pharrel William. This song is the background of the renowned film “Despicable Me 2”.

This song, by the American singer Lady Gaga, inspired millions of young people to love one another without caring about their gender, race or physical aspect.

This song by the american singer Lady Gaga inspired million of young people to love themselves according to gender, race or physical aspect.
This song “says” that we have the DNA different, but we’re all born this way.
“Same DNA, but born this way”.

And that we should fights for our rights, never give up and love always ourselves, because we’ve got the same rights and the same duties to respect, and of course a simple difference (about gender, race, etc...) can’t ruin our lives, we have to stand up and fight.
“Left you outcast, bullied, or teased, rejoice and love yourself today”.

In fact, a lot of young people “owe ther lives” to Gaga, because she, with this song and others, saved them, from doing stupid actions.
“I was born to be brave”.

GOOD EXAMPLES:
We have to fight for our rights, because we can’t let us destroy from prejudice and badness, we are all equal, and we want to show it, people have to understand it.

I can’ be happy knowing that million of people don’t are themselves because they are scared of the word of others, or also people who don’t go out because they are afraid of being beaten for their beliefs or race.

I literally love when i see marches or parades, because i can see people who are very strong, people who love themselves and people who want equal rights, and until they won’t have them, they won’t give up, i have got a lot of respect for them, for this courageous people.

And now, finally, in Italy, homosexual people can marry each other.
And, it’s like an “evolution” for our country, because a lot of people went out of their closed and antiquated mind.

For my opinion is useless hate a person only for his aesthetic and sexual taste, because it’s not a choice, and not even a guilt, it’s just a taste, nothing related to the behavior that a person could have or another tastes that he could have.

It’s normality, it’s nature, it’s life.

Educational methods include storytelling, discussion, teaching, training, and directed research.

According to the common definition of the term RACISM, the human species can be divided into biologically distinct races, characterized by different intellectual capacities, value or moral, with the consequent belief that it is possible to determine a hierarchy according to which a particular hypothetical, racially defined grouping can be defined higher or lower than another. Many projects have been implemented to combat racism, but with no use for a lot of people because they still go on committing acts of violence in the name of racism. I'm not a racist person because I think that we are all egual, there is nobody better than another. I hope that one day such people will understand that there are no distinctions.

From the video that we saw about the Muslim religion, I have found out new things that I didn't know before.
For example, I didn't know that there are many Muslim associations in Italy; I didn't know about the different ways to name immigrants on the basis of the age when they arrived here.
I have always thought that Muslims are so diverse from us, as far as regards, i.e. How they think about women (especially the aged ones); but obviously, not all of them are like that.
People think that they are all extremists, but there are many Muslims, especially those of the 2nd generation, that are open-minded.
Sometimes, it's only a matter of religion and culture. Unluckly, nowadays, we live in a world with plenty of prejudices and stereotypes.
The Muslim association are created for this: to create a bridge between Western people and them, to fight against sterotypes and prejudices.

i think that the muslims and all the other religious like ours and we must consider their followers as our brothers. Not all of them are dangerous.I think they are good people and should be hosted in italy like our friend..
Infact, like as i have seen in the video about islam,in italy there are a lot of associations that take care about such aspect.
so, i think that we should allow everyone to practice his/her religion and give more space to such religions in general.

''THE RACISM'' Solli Sarcinelli, San Severo (FG)

Nowadays racism is a phenomenon that increasingly affects us and usually racism occurs between blacks and white. In recent years, in Italy racism is emerging against the immigrants, because the Italians thing that the Chinese are in Italy to steal our jobs and the Romanians and the Maroccans for various violente crimes. But isn't so. Bacause as there are good and bad Italians, there are good and bad foreigners. Also the TV deceive us many times. Because every day we hear about murders committed by Maroccans, beacause thesestrike the people more than those committe by an Italian. I think we should look at immigration with different eyes, as Pietro Calabrese says ''Diversity can be a source of pride, living with peoples of different religions and different languages can only enrich us.''
I would like to start from this, from changing racism into a source of knowledge.
