I couldn't agree more with this strength. I've shown this quality many times, especially at work. One of my jobs, I went from working fragrance, to working at a cosmetic counter and then moving up to counter manager within a year. I'm the type of person that I have three friends, and I do not want anymore. I love only having a couple of close friends and my family. When it comes to anything I find difficult or if I have any questions about anything, the people I go to first are my close friends for their advice and help. They are often impatient.
I'm am the most impatient person that I know, I just like things done in the time that I want in done. It's a strength but a weakness. Being an activator is the strength at I value the most. My kids had to dress up today in outfits from back in the day. I was up until mid night last night writing down all of the possible eras they could do. This morning I was up at 5 am, cutting clothes, gluing pieces together, and making their outfits perfect.

This is what makes me different about everyone else. I love getting to know people but hearing real deal stories of their life. My favorite part of this class is the discussion. Reading everyone's opinions about different topics and seeing the different answers we all come up with excites me. Has no problem telling the truth no matter how unpleasant it may be. 
This strength is probably the most problematic for me. I can come off very, opinionated and mean, and I don't mean to. Being in command works for me really well in the work place and when I was assistant manager. I had to give my opinion about the layout of the store and also when it came time to evaluate employees I would not hesitate letting them know when they were not up to par. In my personal life, this quality can come off as harsh. I was just raised to always be honest and speak on situations when they weren't okay.
