How: 

• Someone on your team create a course and invite everyone else on the team.
• Once they join your course you can add them to conferences. These conferences can also be recorded.
• Even better, the lead teacher could add other teammates as co-teachers and they could all upload files, modules, assignments and other items that could be shared with the entire team.
