Any suggestions/recommendation managing project delivery in Agile methodology,  where people involved in producing the features are from different teams within the organization?  Like, developers and testers are from different streams reporting to two different lines.  We face hardship in getting all to contribute together in a sprint.<br><br>2. Does Agile have any negative impact on people and delivery.<br><br>Covid has shown us that Agile is the best way to do any task, Project - personal and Professional.<br><br>3. - Too many calls/discussions and meeting face to face is not feasible sometimes due to supports are located in different  geographies.<br><br>What could be the possible downside of doing agile?<br><br>There  is pressure to deliver good quality with limited time.
