First, several perceived barriers identified explains why lack of access to health services is a problem. Secondly, addressing health finance both domestically and internationally with the deficiencies in the system and proposed actions on how to improve access. Thirdly, addressing issues on the quality of care, exempting fees, highlighting technology benefits and the shortage of health professionals. Finally, recognizing how other networks are attempting to improve access to the system and some challenges encountered.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
