Then they will also work together to create a poster with their group that they can share with other classes about their chosen severe weather.

This was a great resource for students to learn about natural disasters and how to prepare for them, but there is a section where it asks students to share a time there was a disaster in their family. This does not have anything to do with the weather topic and I believe would just get students off task. It is missing organizational tools.

Kids Article on Natural Disasters:
This is a great tool for students to learn about various natural disasters but it does not have much information on what students may need to pack in their kits. There are also no photos within the article that may help MLL students understand what is being said.
