One of the most well-known and popular programmes is the Change 100 programme, offering paid summer work placements, professional development and mentoring. It aims to remove barriers experienced by disabled people in the workplace to allow them to achieve their potential. They partner with leading employers in the UK.

My Plus Students club is a careers portal for students and graduates with disabilities and long-term health conditions. They offer Insight days with top Law firms, banks and graduate employers as well as careers information events to help students achieve their potential.

Upcoming events include:

EmployAbility work with disabled university students and graduates to ease the transition from education into employment. They provide free support, advice and guidance throughout the entire recruitment process and beyond and advertise a large range of internship opportunities.

They currently have a large selection of internships in companies such as Amazon, Bloomberg, Google, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Bird & Bird and the Financial Conduct Authority. Check out their vacancies.
