AMP- b/c of covid had to increase DE offerings that would make things more flexible for students. Before they only had 3 DE classes per semester and now they have 8 DE classes. Also they are meeting with students with one-on-one and guide them on the discipline, understanding the schedule and how to plan out their classes in terms of class offerings.-(Diana for Curtis)

In SIS they use the student planner and they can help them drag classes to the various semesters. They will map out what they will do for the major. Perhaps multiple factors that have to do with the drop off. It is about staying connected. The more that students feel they are part of a community they more likely they are to stay. Clubs seem to help too. AMP is supporting promoting clubs for their disciplines. This supports students, it's a community where student engagement happens and they feel connected. (Diana for Curtis)
