Astrid Lingren was the creator of this funny character that I like so much. The book was even better than some episodes on the show. I laughed a lot and I am sure you will too.

The plot focuses on the difficult love story of two teenagers whose life is not easy.
I've also watched the movie and I can say it is a great adaptation.
