The ESoA Antenna Measurement course will address the challenges of antenna measurement. It describes from the classical antenna measurement techniques to the most innovative antenna measurement technologies, in particular the special techniques for 5G, automotive or MIMO systems. The course is aimed to PhD students and engineers from antenna companies.

The European School of Antennas (ESoA) will be proposing its course on antenna measurement techniques fully online this year. Though we were wishing that it could be held live on the beautiful campus of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, the ever-evolving pandemic has driven us to stay safely indoors and to take advantage of everything we can develop and learn virtually. It will still be held as a 5-day course, taking place June 14 - 18.

Course duration: 28 hours

Course credit information: the course gives 2 ECTS credits

Prerequisites: basics of antennas and microwaves, basic knowledge of electromagnetics and mathematics

Capacity: 40 students

Registration: Please register via the EurAAP website before May 31, 2021.

Registration fee: 250 € for a full time university student and 440€ for others
