Group members(Angela and Ivory; Sheng Chien and Khang Chian) presented their suggestions and opinions to their group leaders respectively.
Both the leaders along with the members discussed openly on the suggestions and opinions with each other.
Both the leaders accepted and discussed implicitly on all of the ideas given.
The leaders shared the decision-making responsibilities with their members.
The ultimate say were retained by the leaders in the final discussions.

Group leader(Pohyi) made the decisions and dictated work methods and processes.
She gave the instructions and guidance on how to accomplish the integrated project perfectly.
The members(Ivory and Angela) listened attentively and followed the instructions given by the leader.

Angela and Ivory chose Pohyi as the leader of the assignment group.

Group leader(Pohyi) delegated the work to the members with clear guidelines by listing down the tasks that were needed to complete by them in the museum.
Pohyi assigned Ivory to be in charge of taking photographs that were related to the assignment, whereas, Angela was assigned to record videos for the project.

Based on the observations and findings from the trip to Museum Negara, face-to-face teams are more effective in task performance compared to virtual teams. Our group managed to identify the leadership styles that were portrayed by our group leader and other group leaders. Good traits and interpersonal communication skills of team members were also identified in the process of gathering information from the museum. These traits and skills among the members and the leaders were the key elements that helped us in the completion of our integrated assignment. Different types of work teams such as cross-functional team were also discovered during the trip.
