Ngl, he's not that relatable, but I appreciate that he isn't OP because if he just cleared all of the games like they were nothing, that would be boring. However, he does have an absurd amount of luck, because a normal guy like him probably would have died in the first few games if he was even a little bit less unlucky. Overall, I'd rate him a 7/10 because he's smart and interesting enough but a little unrealistic and also needs to take a bath.

Even though he is extremely smart and talented, he is also cold and manipulative. He is very arrogant and thinks he is better than everyone else as seen when he is taunting Niragi who  claimed that Chishiya looks at everyone like he is superior to them. He never really gets involved with the games and prefers to watch everything happen and only joins in when it is really needed. However, he is very selfish and doesn't care about anyone else because he uses people easily, and betrayed Arisu just to steal a card collection. She is just so cool and I love her whole personality. She can be kind and caring but also a badass. She's really brave and her backstory was very touching. She had a lot of courage to embrace her true self and break out of whatever was holding her back. I rate her a 9/10 because she is great trans representation and just seems like a great best friend. He's definitely a sociopathic murderer, but it's sad because he seems like he could have been a nicer person if not for the circumstances. He loves power and takes whatever he wants with force. He preys on the weak and people he can pick on easily. He hates literally everyone and is never seen doing a good deed. However, his backstory is kind of horrifying. When he was younger, he used to be bullied and honestly it seems brutal. From one of scenes, you can see him standing against a wall while someone uses a bat to hit a baseball toward his head. I mean, ouch. After he joined the Borderlands, he completely changes his position where he no longer is stepped on by others, but instead hurts people. He's practically the definition of "kill or be killed". But while his childhood trauma definitely played a part in his current personality, but I feel like he still could have changed himself. After all, not all victims of bullying grow up to be a serial killer.
