This is originally a video but it was to long to upload but in this video my students were subtracting using 3 digit numbers, while most struggled we worked on it together and me engaging with them and explaining how to solve the problem made them understand how we solved it.

This video shows students dancing and enjoy enjoying the ending of the school day. The teacher that I was observing, I noticed that she gives her kids a brain break or an overall break. This break that she gave them was playing music that the kids are knowing based on TikTok with the clean version and this gives positive classroom management because the kids finished all their work they did what they had to do and to give them a break

As i watched the teacher get her class together when they are to loud or is not paying attention is she rings a bell and immediately everyone stops talking and sits quietly in their seats.

i noticed with this student that when we work together as a class she gets the assignment and answers questions but once they have to do it independently she freezes so me and the teacher noticed it and i took it upon myself to help her and see what she was struggling with and once we figured out where she was stuck with she was able to complete the rest of the assignment.

Students like to be rewarded and like to be told when they do something right or when they do good on assignments and tests. This picture shows the students working in teams( by tables) to work on a class assignment and the teacher made them work together to solve the problem and when each group got it right she rewarded them with a pizza party. Not only did the kids get the assignment they also understood what they had to do so for that they got a pizza party coming up
